Paris JM is a Medical and Radiation Physicist and expert in disaster management. Graduate of the University of Athens in physics with postgraduate studies in France at CNRS research center in the University Paul Sabatier
He developed studies for the Athens Olympic Games in 2004 in accordance with International Atomic Energy Agency (IEEA) standards and guidelines in the reception of arriving patients in hospital contaminated with radioactivity for their complicated treatment plan.
He also developed special informational material for the protection of humans in cases of nuclear and radiological disasters, nuclear weapons or radiological terrorist attacks.
He participated in the development of a Balkan wide disaster response system in the Natioan school of Public health fpr nuclear and radiological disasters known as Balkan Incident management System (BIMS).
